The Global Product Manager – Chilled Water Systems leads the global strategy, development, and lifecycle management of the Thermal Chilled Water product portfolio. The role is responsible for driving business growth and profitability by aligning global product strategies with regional market needs, overseeing New Product Development, and optimizing the existing portfolio. Working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and commercial teams, the position ensures effective product positioning,
competitive offerings, and successful go-to-market execution worldwide.
What kind of work will you be doing?
The Global Product Manager – Chilled Water Systems is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Thermal Chilled Water product portfolio, leading its strategic development, positioning, and execution on a global scale. This role plays a critical part in driving sustainable business growth by ensuring strong alignment between global strategy and regional market needs, while enabling effective execution across all phases of the product lifecycle.
Working in close collaboration with Regional Business Teams, the Global Product Manager ensures that clear, data-driven product strategies are defined and consistently deployed worldwide.
