- **_Description of the activity/project _**
- Freeze-drying (optimization of protocols and recipes)
- Demo test (sequence study and preliminary test/optimization)
- Use of Q3plus V2/ CAS instrument platforms
- Real time PCR mix preparation, instruments setting, results analysis and interpretation
- Sample preparation technique (magnetic beads / column)
- Main lab Equipment usage (thermocycler, spectrophotometer, micropipette etc.)
- Lyophilization technique (setting recipe and freeze-dry cycle, test the results)
- Real time PCR/LAMP assay development (sequence study, setting specific sw tool for assay creation)
- Design and optimization of qPCR/LAMP assay.
- Setting of freeze-dry recipe for qPCR/LAMP mix
- **Education**: - **Master’s degree in biotechnology, biology, or a related field.**
- **Technical Expertise**: - Knowledge of main technique of molecular biology.
- Good experience and knowledge of laboratory practice.
- **Software Proficiency**: - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- **Language**: - Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- **Soft Skills**: - Project management capabilities.Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
