- **Team Reference**:



Serving as a daily point of contact for the team — ensuring clear tasks, high spirits, and smooth operations;
- **Quality & Vibe**: Monitoring service standards, resolving guest issues, and keeping the “Square vibe” alive;
- **Management**: Coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows for maximum efficiency;
- **Admin**: Assisting with reporting, inventory, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. **What you should have**: - **Experience**: 5+ years in hospitality, including 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
- **Core Skills**: Strong team coordination, excellent communication, and a “people-first” mindset;
- **F&B; & Front Desk**: Solid experience in both guest service (reception) and food & beverage (bar/service standards);
- **Languages**: Fluency in **English** and the **local language** of the city you are ing for (Italian for Italy, Greek for Athens). Any additional language is a big plus;
- **Tech Savvy**: Confidence with digital tools, PMS/booking systems, and hospitality tech;
