**Job Title**:Cloud Platform Operations Engineer - AWS The Cloud Platform Operations Engineer - AWS is responsible for the hands-on operation of the Imaging & Informatics cloud platform. **Your role**: - Ensure **day-to-day operation, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and platform services**with high reliability and uptime.
- Work closely with **Cloud Operations Readiness Lead, product engineering teams, and service organization**to ensure stable production environments.
- Develop expertise in **AWS operations, Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and monitoring**, contributing to **platform scalability and operational efficiency improvements**.
- Provision and manage **AWS infrastructure and platform services**, including configuration, scaling, patching, and upgrades.
- Monitor environments and **troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve critical incidents**to ensure service continuity. **You're the right fit if you have**: - **5-10 years in cloud/platform operations**, strong hands-on experience with **AWS production environments**and **incident management**.
- Strong knowledge of **AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM,

monitoring)**, **Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)**, **CI/CD pipelines**, **scripting (Python/Bash)**, and **production troubleshooting**.
- a **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems**or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with **Docker/Kubernetes**, **monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)**, and strong **automation mindset**with focus on **reliability and continuous improvement**. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
