Your talent opens opportunities and, together,** we open worlds.** **The Role** FAAC Technologies is looking for an** R&D; - Product Support Engineer**for its Headquarters in** Zola Predosa, Bologna.** **Main Responsibilities**
- Act as a technical point of reference for product-related issues coming from international subsidiaries and selected external customers




- Analyze and solve mechanical, electronic, hardware, and software issues, identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement
- Collect and structure field feedback to support R&D; in product development and improvement
- Collaborate with Product Development and R&D; teams during testing, validation, and industrialization phases
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Design and deliver technical training sessions (remote or on-site) for subsidiaries and customers
- Provide on-site technical support when necessary, mainly for complex issues, product launches, or validation activities **What is required to succeed in this position?**
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Previous experience in a similar technical role
- Experience in technical support roles will be considered a plus
- Solid knowledge of electromechanical and hydraulic systems; basic knowledge of software and networks will be considered a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Good familiarity with digital tools, cloud platforms, and remote support solutions
- Availability for occasional business travel
