you will be the trusted partner of our leadership team and the point of reference for our employees throughout every stage of their journey.

What You Will Do
Attract Exceptional Talent
You understand that recruiting is about identifying potential, attitude and cultural fit, not simply filling vacancies.
You will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for seasonal and permanent positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality hospitality professionals.
- Build strong relationships with hospitality schools, universities and recruitment partners.
- Represent the Resort during career fairs and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure every candidate enjoys a professional and engaging recruitment experience.
