Practical Information Location: Milan, Italy | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Contract: Full-time | Language Requirements: Fluent Italian & English.

In this role, you will help customers design, implement, and optimize Azure-based solutions that support their business goals. You will work closely with customers and internal experts on cloud transformation initiatives, combining hands-on technical delivery with solution design responsibilities.

This role is ideal for experienced Azure engineers, cloud consultants, or technical specialists looking to expand their impact in cloud architecture and customer advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing Azure architectures
- Translate business objectives into robust, future‑ready technical solutions
- Lead architectural assessments, design reviews, and decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle
- Guide the migration of applications and workloads from on‑premises or hybrid environments to Azure
- Create and maintain clear architectural documentation, standards, and best practices
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and regulatory requirements while supporting cost‑effective cloud adoption

Job Requirements

- Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including experience implementing and supporting Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as PowerShell, ARM, Bicep, or Terraform
- Exposure to cloud migrations, hybrid environments,



or modernization projects
- Knowledge of networking, identity, security, and infrastructure concepts in Azure
- Understanding of cloud governance, operational excellence, and cost optimization principles
- Fluent Italian and English
