We are looking for a structured, proactive, and results-oriented professional with:

- Experience: At least 5 years in administrative roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Technical skills: Experience in budget management, accounts receivable and payable, and international contracts.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Tools: Excellent proficiency in Excel (advanced functions) and knowledge of Power BI for analysis and reporting.
- Precision: Attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks in an organized manner.
- Team player: Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for teamwork.
- Results-oriented: Focus on achieving company goals and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to transform data into useful business insights.

Responsibilities - Data Production and Analysis: Use advanced Excel, Power BI,



and the ERP system to analyze financial and operational data, creating clear and detailed reports.
