AT A GLANCE:
- 18-month fixed-term contract (possibility to convert it into permanent upon successful completion of Phase 1 of the program)
- Nestlé Purina PetCare Europe, Operations Talent Program
- Roles in our Purina factories in France (Veauche & Marconnelle factory), Poland (Nowa Wies factory) and Italy (Portogruaro factory)
- English B2 minimum (oral and written)
- Valid work permit required
- European mobility highly appreciated

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE:
- Phase 1 (up to 18 months): Graduate Learning Phase

Structured learning experience with cross-functional exposure across factory operations
- Phase 2 (2–3 years): First operational position

A full-time role within a factory to apply learnings and build leadership capabilities
