Newrez is seeking a Mortgage Consultant to originate various loan types for our existing customer base. You will respond to leads via phone, engage with borrowers to assess needs, and present suitable products.
You will manage applications by phone and gather documentation to close loans efficiently. The role requires 2+ years of origination experience with active NMLS license, and a solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
