Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive global growth for ABB's HVACR Drives portfolio by building and leading dedicated sales organizations worldwide. You will work across regions to align market opportunities with channel strategies, identify major accounts, and champion customer-focused solutions. You will shape go-to-market approaches, partner with regional leadership, and support marketing activities and trade engagement. This role offers global impact within a leading, sustainability-focused tech company.

- Define and implement profitable growth strategies with HVAC Channel and Strategy teams
- Quantify served and available markets and track trends
- Identify future product requirements and regional applications
- Build relationships with regional leadership to secure resources for HVAC activities
- Identify and prioritize major accounts and opportunities in the segment




- Uphold ethics and policy compliance
- Foster a customer-centric environment and communicate needs to leadership
- Lead preparation and delivery of marketing activities and support trade shows
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance

Responsabilità
- 8+ years in a complex B2B environment selling products/solutions
- Extensive HVACR application background and proven sales leadership
- Ability to sell technical solutions and services
- Strong account management with OEMs and channel partners in HVAC
- Leadership, mentoring, and cross-regional influence capabilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong communication
- CRM software familiarity (e.g., Salesforce, PowerBI)
- Willingness to travel internationally (~30%)
