Summary:
- The Procurement Manager - Regional Indirect Logistics & Supply Chain manages the end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement process for Europe, Middle East and Africa with annual spend of USD $150+ Million and a supply base of 1200+ suppliers.
- Leads all Logistics, Plant Facilities & MRO, Utilities/Energy and CAPEX procurement activities (category and project), including strategic sourcing,
supplier management and contract management.
- Provide thought leadership and innovative strategies for optimizing sourcing effectiveness.
- Coordinate and work with global/regional stakeholders to support long-term business strategic goals.
- Coordinate corporate-wide teams to establish scope of work, processes, policies, and procedures to manage demand for assigned category.
- Establish strong supplier relationships, effectively manage category supply base, perform advanced and intricate negotiations, and oversee the selection of key suppliers.
- Ensure expedient and compliant implementation of new contracts.
- Actively monitor vendor and internal performance against contracts, industry benchmarks, and previous baselines. Develop and submit reports for Executive management.
