Key Responsibilities：
- Provide technical support and consultation to customers.
- Share documentation, software updates, and instructions.
- Visit customer sites for hands-on support.
- Collect industry trends and customer feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications：
- Strong knowledge of electronics, IT, or networking, with hands-on system debugging experience.
- Experience with LED display control, video processing, or Pro-AV systems preferred.
- Proficient in software operation and device configuration.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: €3,000.00 - €6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
