Job Title: Handyman / Builder (with Assistant and Tools)
Location: Siena, Italy

Job Type: Full-time, Live-in
Project Type: Long-term villa demolition and reconstruction project

This position requires the worker to bring his own assistant and work tools. Both the main worker and assistant will stay at the villa during the project. This is a long-term opportunity for professionals who are practical, organized, and experienced in property renovation.

Main Responsibilities:
Perform demolition, rebuilding, repair, and general construction tasks.
Handle masonry, minor structural works, finishing, and general site work as needed.
Carry out handyman tasks related to the villa renovation project.
Use and maintain own professional tools and equipment.
Coordinate daily work with own assistant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Support material handling, site setup, and general construction operations.
Follow project plans and instructions from the foreman.

Requirements:
Proven experience in construction, renovation, handyman work, or building maintenance.

Ability to perform a wide range of practical building tasks independently.
Must provide own assistant.
Must provide own tools and equipment required for the work.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in demolition and reconstruction projects is strongly preferred.
Must be eligible to work in Italy.
