Essential Functions
- Lead and execute product compliance activities for assigned products, ensuring alignment with global market requirements.
- Ensure conformity with international regulatory frameworks, including: CE Marking (EU), FCC (USA), ISED (Canada),

UL/CSA/IEC safety standards, ABYC guidelines, and ISO marine standards.
- Coordinate testing and certification with third‐party labs and notified bodies, and certification agencies.
- Interpret and monitor evolving international regulations, evaluating impacts on current and future products.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams to integrate compliance requirements throughout product development.
- Prepare, review, and maintain product compliance documentation, including Technical Construction Files (TCFs), declarations, labeling specifications, and certification dossiers.
- Provide regulatory guidance, documentation support, and internal training on compliance topics.
- Participate in regulatory and internal audits.
