What You Will Do
Local and International Customers' payment by cheques posting




Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Direct Debit and local Ricevute Bancarie (RiBa) customers' payment postings
Customers' statements clearing, matching and reconciliation
SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) Mandate management and recording
E-Commerce sales and customers' statement accounting, matching and bookkeeping reconciliation. This includes a direct and specific responsibility on credit note processing for short shipments, damaged products etc., and following payment procedure
Check the conditions applied by the banking system in relation to the above tasks
Who You Are
Experience of using accounting packages (ideally Sage) and 1-2 years of accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
It will be appreciated also the experience of using treasury programs (Piteco in particular).
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software is required with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheet application.
