You will design and deliver Salesforce solutions for complex digital transformation projects, with a focus on AI and automation. You will work closely with clients and support project teams in building scalable and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Design end-to-end architectures and integrations
- Develop AI use cases (Agentforce, Einstein, Copilot)
- Support project teams and mentor junior resources
- Manage client stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience in consulting/System Integrators
- Experience as Solution Architect or Lead Consultant
- Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Technical skills: Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs
- Experience with AI/Agentforce solutions
- Good English
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with MuleSoft,
Data Cloud, OmniStudio
Work Location: Rome (RM) With Smart Working possibility
