What you will do
In this role you will be responsible for:
Draft and review a broad range of legal documents and commercial contracts, supporting both business operations and corporate functions across the organization.
Assist internal stakeholders in the negotiation and implementation of contracts,



helping ensure alignment with business objectives while identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks.
Provide day-to-day legal advice on a wide range of matters, including commercial, consumer and contractual law, as well as regulatory and product compliance issues.
Support the management of pre-litigation matters, disputes and claims, including liaising with external counsel where needed and helping coordinate the collection of relevant documentation and internal inputs.
Contribute to the legal support of key business projects and cross-functional initiatives involving HQ, Product Lines and Markets across the region.
Work closely with senior members of the Legal Team on strategic matters and more complex legal issues, while progressively building autonomy in the management of recurring legal workstreams.
