DAB Pumps is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner for its Plant to support people and processes across manufacturing sites in Italy. This maternity-cover role requires strategic HR partnership, strong communication, and willingness to travel to group plants.
You will drive workforce planning, recruitment, on-boarding and organizational design, aligning HR activities with the business strategy and performance objectives.
