About your role:
Reporting to the Programme Director and/or Programme Manager, the role of Project Manager is to lead the planning, governance and delivery of complex client projects and initiatives in support of specified business outcomes, while managing resources across multiple areas, and potentially third parties, to achieve agreed cost, time and quality objectives.
The Project Manager is accountable for the overall progress, control and successful delivery of the project across the full lifecycle. The role provides leadership,
structure and coordination across project workstreams, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies are actively managed and aligned to programme objectives.
Working closely with clients, senior stakeholders, internal Fiserv teams and external partners, the Project Manager acts as a central point of leadership across delivery activities, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with business, operational and technical requirements, and that stakeholders remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
