Banker's Lounge Academy has spent 16 years training the people who run Egypt's banks — 80,000+ graduates, 70% of them working inside financial institutions, corporate programs across 15 governorates. We're now bringing that same rigor into digital assets, and we're looking for someone whose market experience is broad and deep enough to speak with real authority across the space — not just one corner of it.

We're hiring a Crypto Markets Lead — someone who's traded seriously across multiple types of markets (spot, derivatives, DeFi, on-chain perpetuals, doesn't matter which combination) and has the scars and the wins to back it up. This isn't an entry point into crypto for us. We want someone whose read on the market carries weight, because they've actually lived through enough cycles to have earned it.

What you'll actually do:

Set the standard for how we talk about markets and trading across our digital assets programs

Break down real trading strategies and market conditions for banking professionals and students, drawing on your full range of experience





Build case studies from real trading history, run entirely on demo/testnet environments

Bring an authoritative, current read on where crypto markets are heading, across asset classes and strategies

Required:

Multiple years of real, hands-on trading experience across at least two types of crypto markets (e.g. spot and derivatives, or DeFi and on-chain perpetuals)

A track record substantial enough to speak with real authority — including the losses, not just the wins

Strong ability to explain complex market dynamics to a non-specialist audience

Helpful but not required:

A public track record (writing, talks, published analysis) that reflects real market credibility

Background in traditional finance markets before moving into crypto

Experience mentoring or leading other traders informally
