Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC)
is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Manage the engineering cycle for the assigned trenching equipment modifications and upgrades, from requirements analysis to final validation.




- Develop technical solutions, supervise the preparation of technical documentation (drawings, structural calculations, functional specifications) necessary for implementing modifications and upgrades to trenching equipment.
- Provide technical support to offshore operations during all phases of trenching Projects, preparations, mobilization, operations and demob, providing technical issues to preserve the Project schedule.
- Manage the procurement process for specialized technical components, developing technical specifications, evaluating supplier proposals, and conducting technical bid evaluations.
- Supervise the execution phase of the implementation of technical upgrades and/or corrective maintenance, ensuring correct implementation of designed engineering solutions.

What are we looking for?
Education:
Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent

Experience:
pref. >2years

Languages:
English minimum
