- You will support leading players in the insurance industry on their digital transformation journeys,

working at the intersection of business and technology.
- You will help define modern IT architectures and govern highly complex strategic programs within the company’s core functions (underwriting, claims, distribution) for both property and casualty as well as life insurance.
- You will define evolutionary road maps and target architectures, promoting modern paradigms (e.g. cloud, API-first, and microservices).
- You will lead digital transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological solutions.
- You will govern complex programs by coordinating business and IT stakeholders and supporting the decision-making process.
- You will conduct workshops with management, gather requirements and translate them into technological strategies and initiatives while also ensuring their implementation.
