Role Overview
We are seeking a world-class Technical Recruiter with direct experience in staffing and/or consulting organizations (corporate-only recruiting experience will not be considered). This individual must be able to hit the ground running, operate with autonomy and trust, and quickly add value to our recruiting process.
The recruiter will manage the full lifecycle of hiring for contractors and consultants across global markets, owning opportunities from intake to placement.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, motivated, and passionate about recruitment. They thrive in high-volume environments where priorities shift, and they excel at driving fulfillment with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Source candidates globally through LinkedIn passive searches, recruiting tools, job boards, and ATS platforms, building strong talent pipelines.
Recruit and engage contractors and consultants, clearly articulating project requirements and client value propositions.
Partner with delivery and account teams to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable recruiting strategies.
Ensure candidates are supported throughout the process with clear communication and a positive experience.
Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate candidates acro
