Legal Specialist
What You’ll Be Doing
Within Legal & Compliance Dept, you will be involved in the day‑to‑day activities, supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance.
You will be involved in managing independently the following tasks:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (Agency, Distribution, Supply, Service Agreements; NDAs; LOIs; Sponsorship and Marketing Agreements).
Supporting litigation and pre‑litigation activities, including drafting notice letters.
Assisting the Head of Legal with compliance programs (data protection, anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, competition law).
Providing daily legal support to internal stakeholders, including legal advice, presentation, legal briefs, and management company policies and procedures.

You have strong legal skills, a positive and business‑oriented mindset, a problem‑solving attitude and flexibility. You also possess strong listening skills, a proactive approach, and can work within an organization with diverse internal teams in an open and effective manner. Additionally,



you have a continuous‑learning mindset, passion for the role, and strong motivation to grow.
Master’s degree in Law.
Language
Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant experience in‑house.
English: Fluent written and spoken.
Italian: Fluent written and spoken.
Nice To Have
Bar exam.
Expertise in Food Law or FMCG sector.
Salary Pack Info
Full‑time contract.
Gross Annual Salary between 45 and 55 k €; STI 10%.
Workplace
Milano.
