As a Senior UX/UI & Web Designer, you will create visually distinctive, high-performing websites and landing pages that turn attention into action. You will combine exceptional visual craft with innovative UX/UI thinking to create digital experiences that feel fresh and intuitive, and are built to convert.

What you will be doing
Own end-to-end design - Create visually compelling, responsive digital experiences built around clear brand, marketing, and conversion goals.
UX Design - Map clear user journeys, define information architecture, create wireframes and flows that translate user needs and business goals into seamless and effective experiences.
UI Design - Craft high-quality, responsive interfaces that balance visual appeal with usability, while building scalable design systems and ensuring consistency across typography, color, and interaction patterns.
Conversion & Performance Optimization - Design with a focus on measurable outcomes, collaborating with marketing on SEO performance, and supporting A/B testing and continuous optimization.
AI Workflows - Leverage AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and production to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
