Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Marketing/Sales Coordinator to support executive leadership while helping drive operational excellence across executive support,



CRM management, sales operations, and marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently. You'll serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping improve communication, maintain organization, and support both sales and marketing efforts through disciplined follow-up and CRM management.

About The Role

As the Executive Assistant & Marketing/Sales Coordinator, you'll provide day-to-day support to executive leadership while coordinating projects, maintaining CRM accuracy, assisting with marketing initiatives, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly.

This position requires exceptional organization, strong written English skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
