VelaFi is seeking a high-performing and results-driven Account Executive to accelerate business growth across Latin America.

We're looking for proven fintech sales professionals who have successfully sold payments, FX, banking, treasury, cross-border payments, stablecoins, digital assets, or financial infrastructure solutions into SMB and Mid-Market customers.

This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, managing the full sales cycle, and developing long-term relationships with small and mid-market businesses that require cross-border payment solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proven hunter who has successfully sold into one or more key verticals such as import/export, logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, digital services, gaming, manufacturing, or other internationally focused industries. Rather than simply understanding payments, this individual understands the customers they serve—where to find them, who the decision-makers are, what challenges they face, and how to position solutions that solve real business problems.

Location
Remote – Latin America (Preference for Mexico)
This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Latin America, with a strong preference for candidates based in Mexico due to current business priorities. Exceptional candidates located elsewhere in Latin America will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable collaborating across multiple time zones and willing to travel occasionally for customer meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
