As a Manufacturing Engineer at Baker Hughes you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, implement,

and improve manufacturing systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Train and support production staff in the implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
