Role Summary
As a Labor Analyst and Product Specialist, you'll be a core contributor to Ando's product and customer experience.
This is a hands-on hybrid role requiring analytical rigor, deep operational insight (especially in restaurant environments), and the ability to turn data into results. You'll work independently but collaborate closely with customers and internal teams — particularly engineering and product — to build and refine labor solutions.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable taking responsibility for complex deliverables with minimal oversight, eager to dig into data and customer contexts, and ready to help anywhere the business needs it.
