When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office. /ph3Job summary : /h3pThe Field Service Representative delivers expert on‑site technical support, system maintenance, and customer service for Trane Technologies’ HVAC products and solutions. This role plays a vital part in maximizing customer satisfaction, optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring long‑term system reliability. As a Field Service Representative, you will support both customers and internal/external teams with technical guidance, troubleshooting expertise, and clear communication. You will also develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs designed to enhance technician capability, and elevate the overall customer experience. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide day‑to‑day technical support to customers, dealers, and internal/external teams via phone and onsite assistance as required. /liliCommunicate technical information clearly and provide recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.
/liliCommunicate service bulletins, alerts, and technical updates in a timely manner. /liliConduct product performance investigations and document quality issues. /liliMaintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports in accordance with company procedures. /liliPartner with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. /liliSupport sales teams through key customer relationship management and technical expertise. /liliEstablish, deliver, and continuously improve comprehensive technical training programs for service and installation technicians. /liliProvide training and guidance to internal/external service technicians on equipment operation, maintenance practices, and system optimization. /liliAdminister corrective action programs, concessions, and warranty claim processes in a timely and accurate manner. /liliRespond effectively and professionally to consumer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. /liliAdhere to all Trane Technologies safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and compliance requirements. /liliSupport energy efficiency and sustainability goals by identifying opportunities for system optimization and performance improvements.br/Participate in rotating on‑call shifts, emergency service calls, and occasional travel as required.
