ppWe're looking for Italian speakers for several different projects right now. Some are located in Athens, others in Chania or Thessaloniki. Most have the option to work bremote from Greece /b too. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liCommunicate with customers via phone, chat e-mail. /li liTrack and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and timely. /li liMaintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand. /li liProvide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times. /li liWork towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liFluency in Italian. /li liVery good communication skills in English. /li liExceptional communication soft skills, as well as problem‑solving skills. /li liComputer knowledge/tech savviness. /li liResourceful, able to multitask. /li liThrive as a team player in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, change‑oriented environment.
