Our mission is to champion inclusivity, self-expression, and environmental protection. /ph3How you will contribute /h3ulliManage the accounts payable function and the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process /liliProcess and record supplier invoices for both domestic and international vendors /liliPerform three-way matching between purchase orders, delivery notes (DDT),
and invoices /liliMonitor supplier aging and support payment execution in line with company policies /liliPreparation of VAT settlements and management of tax compliance requirements /liliPerform accounting reconciliations and support monthly and period-end closings /liliSupport internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations /liliCollaborate closely with the Finance and Administrative teams to ensure accurate financial reporting /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliUndergraduate or graduate degree in Economics with an interest in accounting topics, or a high school diploma in Accounting. /liliProven experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles, preferably in a structured environment /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /liliGood knowledge of the English language. /liliGood knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Stealth will be considered a plus /li /ulh3Job Type /h3pRegular /ph3Start Date /h3 h3Schedule /h3pFull time /ph3Organization /h3pDodo S.r.l. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
