Looking for a BIM Architect and Coordinator to join our studio in Milan (in-person)
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture, with experience in interior architecture and technical design from concept phase to the documentation phase.
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes, including model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
Ability to produce precise Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings that clearly communicate design and technical requirements.
Experience managing Submittals, reviewing technical documentation, and coordinating with consultants and contractors.
Advanced skills in relevant design and BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar), and familiarity with industry standards.
BIM coordination of the work team and the consultants involved in the project.
Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or retail projects, ideally in an international or design-led studio environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Italian & English.
