pMetlen Energy Metals in Milan seeks a Legal Counsel to support our Legal Technical Contracts team. You will review, draft, and negotiate EPC and OM contracts, and manage supply chain agreements to protect client interests in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. /ppYou will also provide legal support for Renewables activities, including origination, permitting, MA, PPAs, project financing, and construction, primarily in Italy and Eastern Europe. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
