The successful candidate will possess best?practice knowledge and understand how the EHS area integrates with others, staying aware of competition and market differentiators.
/p h3Job Description /h3 pbRoles and Responsibilities /b /p ul liAct as the appointed RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) under Italian D.Lgs.
*****, providing expert advice to site leadership and ensuring full compliance with local and GEV corporate standards.
/li liLiaise with other functions to ensure proper focus on EHS, including Environmental Chemical (EC).
/li liEnsure EHS risk assessments are effective, updated and communicated (including on EC sites).
/li liMonitor applicable EHS regulations and ensure unit compliance with local regulations (country/state).
/li liParticipate in work council meetings with employees and other governing bodies in accordance with local regulations.
/li liIdentify EHS training needs for the unit in coordination with HR and managers.
/li liTrain, coach, or secure training and coaching of action leaders, sponsors, and management teams.
/li liPlan safety visits (Gemba walks) for management teams (including on EC sites) and follow?up observations.
/li liDeploy and implement digital tools (GEOS, E?Andon, e?Obeya, etc.).
/li liMaintain and continuously improve the site's EHS Management System in accordance with ISO ***** and ISO ***** standards.
/li liLead EHS audits (governance,
insurance, machine conformity, etc.).
/li liReport progress of EHS improvement actions.
/li liPrepare operational budgets to fund EHS annual activities.
/li /ul pbRequired Qualifications /b /p ul liFull compliance with the requirements for the RSPP role (D.Lgs. *****, Modules A, B, C).
/li liProven experience in managing Italian EHS regulatory obligations (e.g., INAIL, ATS/ASL, ARPA, Fire Dept/VVF).
/li liProven track record in managing ISO certifications and EHS internal/external audits.
/li liSimilar experience on an Italian manufacturing site is a must.
/li liPragmatic approach.
/li liFluent Italian and English.
/li /ul pbDesired Characteristics /b /p ul liStrong oral and written communication skills.
/li liDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
/li liAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
/li liEstablished project management skills.
/li liElectrical risk assessment knowledge is an asset.
/li /ul h3Pay Benefits /h3 pbSalary Range /b: €58,****** – €87,****** gross per annum.
Pay will be based on education, qualifications, experience, and skill set.
/p pbBonus Plan /b: Variable-AIP annual premio with target incentive of 15% of base salary.
