/ph3Finance Business Partner Manufacturing /h3pWe are looking for a proactive, business-oriented and result-driven Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Business Partnering team.
In this role, you will be partnering with the business to drive performance, support strategic decisions and deliver sustainable financial results.
/ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliPartner with Operations to translate business strategy into financial targets, plans and actionable initiatives.
/liliDrive performance management by providing transparency on financial and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities and challenging performance where needed.
/liliDrives business reviews prioritizing a forward view and acting proactively /liliPrepare financial planning and forecasting activities for Operations, including annual target setting and forward-looking business reviews.
/liliProvide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions, new initiatives and business cases.
/liliOwn financial performance and reporting, including monthly results, costs, CAPEX and other key operational metrics.
/liliEnsure strong financial processes and controls, supporting month-end closing, accruals, valuations.
/liliContribute to strategic Operations projects, while promoting high standards of compliance,
ethics and internal control.
/liliOther analysis needed by the company.
/li /ulh3WHO You Are /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field; /lili3- 5 years of experience in roles such as Industrial Controller, Financial Controller or similar roles within structured industrial environments; /liliFluency in English, both written and spoken; /liliStrong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude; /liliGood communication and interpersonal skills; /liliProactive attitude, with a strong focus on results ; /liliAnalytical skills and Business acumen; /liliAgile and curious mindset.

/ph3Target Hiring Range /h3pTotal compensation package in the range between €50,000 and €63,000 gross per year.
/ppDAB pay ranges for a job are based on the location specific market of similar jobs, according to third-parties salary benchmark surveys.
Individual salary within that range, could vary for several reasons, including skills, capabilities, experience.
