We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Central & Southern Italy) on behalf of our partner, RISCO.
RISCO is a global leader in smart security solutions, providing advanced intrusion detection systems, cloud-based security platforms, and integrated monitoring technologies for residential, commercial, and enterprise customers worldwide.
The company is expanding its Smart Home & Building Automation business and is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across Central and Southern Italy by developing strategic partnerships, expanding the customer network, and supporting key B2B clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with system integrators, installers, designers, wholesalers, and other business partners
Support partners in developing new Smart Home and Building Automation projects
Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B customers
Identify and acquire new high-value customers
Expand regional distribution channels and partner network
Drive regional sales activities and achieve agreed sales targets
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate business opportunities
Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and regional business plans

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular commercial reports
Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams

Requirements
Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in Smart Home, Smart Building, Security, HVAC, Electrical Systems, Access Control, Fire Protection, or related industries
Experience developing new business and managing strategic customer relationships
Strong commercial, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM systems
Ability to analyze market opportunities and develop regional growth strategies
Fluent Italian and English
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Strong presentation and communication skills
Team player
Nice to have
Experience with Smart Home and Building Automation technologies
Familiarity with DALI, DMX, KNX, or other building automation protocols
Experience working with distributors and professional installation networks
