Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end user acceptance testing activities with internal IT teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of test plans.
Execute test cases based on predefined scenarios, accurately document results, and escalate issues in line with established reporting guidelines.
Support defect tracking by logging incidents, updating statuses, and following up with responsible teams until resolution and retesting are completed.
Collaborate with business users to clarify test requirements, gather feedback on system behavior, and ensure acceptance criteria are clearly understood.
Prepare and maintain structured test documentation, including test case lists, execution reports, and summary overviews for project stakeholders.
Skills
Ability to follow structured IT testing procedures and documentation standards with consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and how user acceptance testing fits within project and release processes.
Competence in using standard office and IT tools to record test results, track issues, and prepare clear reports for stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple test activities, prioritize tasks, and meet agreed timelines under supervision.
Effective communication skills to interact with IT staff, external providers, and business users in a clear and professional manner.
