ph3Job Summary /h3 ul liTo provide business operations support to Vehicle Finance team /li liAssist customers (Retail Corporate) with necessary documents provide after sales services.
/li liUpdate deal additional information (DIM) in core banking system arrange the file sent to archive after complete the payment all necessary updating.
/li liMaintain quality and compliance management /li liAs a backup for all operational work customer services issues.
/li /ul h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liCustomer service interactions.
/li liDIM update, Archiving all VF Ops related assigned tasks.
/li liDaily business activity (Amendment /Blocking Release/ Insurance/Postponement / early settlement/ obligation letter / plate number change letter).
/li liCompliance to Vehicle Release process procedures (Corporate Retail).
/li liPreparing IPG for corporate customers.
/li liEnsure full adherence to bank policy, procedure SOP.
/li liEnsure professional and ethical standards are maintained at all levels.




/li liHandle internal external queries in timely efficient manner and maintain excellent working relations with all business partners / units.
/li liEnsure the strict implementation of policies, instructions circulars related to all procedures, products and services of the bank.
/li liAny other departmental job delegations.
