As the Head of Visual Merchandising Retail, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and ensure the consistency of the Giorgio Armani brand's visual identity across boutiques worldwide,
leading your team.ResponsibilitiesManage the development and implementation of brand guidelinesLead and coordinate the teamProvide global feedback by monitoring visual merchandising executions across boutiques and, when necessary, suggesting corrective actions and improvementsAnalyze reports and interpret business data to support decision-makingSupport the setup and execution of window displaysMonitor boutiques through regular store visitsEnsure that Retail deadlines are consistently metCollaborate and communicate with various departments, including Visual Design, Marketing and MerchandisingRequirementsDegree in Visual Merchandising or a related fieldAt least 10 years of experience in the same roleAvailability to travelExcellent knowledge of Office Suite and graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Fluency in both Italian and EnglishExcellent teamwork skillsStrong creative sensibilityPrecision and attention to detailWe promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.The base salary range for this position is *************** euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
