Overview

We are currently hiring Italian‑speaking professionals in Lisbon for projects across Social Media, Healthcare, Travel, Hospitality, and Customer Experience within a leading international BPO company.

Compensation & Relocation Package

Average gross monthly package: €1,350. Alternatively, €1,050 gross monthly package + accommodation package.

For candidates relocating from outside the Lisbon area, company accommodation is available (private room in a shared apartment, utilities included).

What You'll Do





- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account, payment, order, and service‑related queries
- Review and moderate online content according to platform policies
- Manage reservations and customer requests
- Process documentation and operational tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Deliver high‑quality customer experiences

Requirements

- Fluent Italian (C1‑C2)
- Good command of English (B2+)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer‑oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, content moderation, sales, or operations is a plus
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Flexibility to work rotational schedules when required
