Responsibilities
- Complete a 10‑month SAP Academy program, building foundational skills for a customer‑facing role.
- Participate in experiential learning with global colleagues and acquire business, industry, and solution skills.
- Receive on‑the‑job training and mentorship from a senior Solution Advisor while working with customers on real‑world projects.
- After program completion, lead customer discovery sessions, deliver high‑impact software demonstrations, and support demand generation and deal execution, including responding to requests for proposals.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience, with a strong foundation in technical and business processes.
- Hands‑on experience with relevant technologies and industry‑standard tools supporting solution delivery.
- Customer‑facing skills and a cooperative, productive approach to working relationships.
- Strong ability to learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
- Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics, and the ability to identify AI‑solvable business problems.
- Demonstrated business acumen and industry knowledge.
- Proficiency in English.
- Curiosity, agility, and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solving, project‑management, and creative‑thinking skills.
- Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness fostering inclusive teamwork.
- Growth mindset and initiative‑driven attitude.
Compensation
Target annualized range: €45,000 – €80,000. Actual offer depends on education, skills, experience, and role scope, and includes base salary and variable incentive targets.
