/p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Business Development Senior Manager to accelerate growth of Microsoft Cloud, Data, and AI solutions across the market.
This role is focused on identifying and converting new technology-enabled transformation business opportunities by working across the Microsoft ecosystem, the PwC network and directly with clients.
As a senior member of the PwC Alliances Sales team, you will play a critical role in originating and progressing opportunities, collaborating with Microsoft account teams, PwC Partners, and Sector leaders to shape compelling solutions that address client challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
You will work with the leaders of the Microsoft Alliance and contribute to the wider Microsoft Alliance Target through origination of opportunities and providing presales and sales focus across the teams in PwC.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Business Development Sales Execution /h3 ul liDrive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting business transformation opportunities that are enabled by the Microsoft Technology Portfolio Cloud AI Platforms.
/li liCollaborate with the Microsoft ecosystem,
account executives and technical specialists to shape joint value propositions into clients and co-sell strategies around cloud, data and AI.
/li liLead strategic sales pursuits, including win strategy development, proposal creation, and client engagement through to deal closure.
/li liLeverage Microsoft's partner programs, incentives, and funding to support opportunity development and client value.
/li liAct as a connector between Microsoft and PwC teams, ensuring alignment against sales pursuits.
/li liWork closely within the PwC Lines of Service to identify opportunities with Microsoft solutions and positioning.
/li liAlignment with the Alliance Teams for strategy and execution /li liEnsure accuracy in maintaining and execution of the Pipeline /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships across Microsoft's business /li liStay informed on Microsoft's evolving solution portfolio, commercial models, and market trends.

The minimum fixed annual salary for the position is b€68,880 /b, with the final compensation package to be determined based on an assessment of your skills and previous experience.
In addition, a bperformance-based variable compensation component /b is provided.
