Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager
to lead and deliver large-scale
PLM transformation programs
for global Manufacturing and Automotive clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise PLM implementations, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and program governance while ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale PLM programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Manage client stakeholders, business partners, and cross-functional teams to drive successful program outcomes.
Oversee program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management.
Ensure seamless integration and implementation of PLM solutions across business functions.
Drive client engagement and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor program performance, resource utilization, and profitability.
Mentor and lead delivery teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
Required Experience & Skills
Extensive experience in
Program Management
with a focus on PLM initiatives.




Proven experience managing
large-scale enterprise PLM programs
.
Hands-on experience with
Teamcenter (TC)
and/or
3DEXPERIENCE (3DX)
platforms.
Strong background in
Manufacturing and Automotive
industries.
Expertise in stakeholder management, program governance, and risk management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions.
Italian language proficiency is mandatory.
Nice to Have
DS PLM / Teamcenter PLM expertise.
Knowledge of PLM Manufacturing Processes.
Broader manufacturing domain experience.
