Develop and maintain weekly/monthly production plans based on forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels. /liliResource Optimization: Allocate machinery, labor, and time effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. /liliKPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OEE, lead time, on‑time delivery, and scrap rates. /liliIssue Management: Re‑plan and adjust schedules in response to equipment failures, supplier delays, or urgent order changes. /liliCollaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure material availability and adherence to deadlines; /liliOptimize production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency. /li /ulh3Role Requirements: /h3ulliWe are looking for people used to working in teams, with an analytical approach, problem‑solving skills, and qualitative work management; /liliPrecision, data analysis skills, and reporting abilities; /liliAbility to estimate timelines, identify critical issues, understand, and apply priorities; /liliGood knowledge of the English language; /liliBachelor's degree or technical diploma (preferably in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
