/p pDanfoss Power Solutions is looking for a bSenior Account Manager /b to drive growth in the Italian market and play a key role in one of our strategic business segments.
In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with assigned OEMs and partners, executing our Go-to-Market strategy while identifying new business opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with customers, helping them develop innovative solutions and supporting the implementation of our sales growth plans.

/p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liDrive sales activities across assigned OEMs and partners in Italy, executing the Go-to-Market strategy and delivering sustainable business growth.
/li liBuild and expand strategic customer relationships by growing existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a focus on Danfoss strategic platforms.
/li liLead account planning and ensure successful execution of Business Unit initiatives, while capturing and sharing customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
/li liCollaborate closely with Application Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure a coordinated market approach.
/li liManage partner agreements and OEM contracts in collaboration with the Contracts Manager, while supporting clear governance to avoid channel conflicts.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Hydraulics, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.




/li li8+ years of experience in commercial and/or technical roles within the hydraulics industry, preferably in international and structured environments, with proven experience in account management and business development.
/li liStrong understanding of industrial market dynamics, customer needs, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
/li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with a proactive customer-focused approach and the ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments.
/li liFluent in Italian and English, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
