/p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liDesign, build, and optimizeb end-to-end AI pipelines for predictive and prescriptive analytics in financial markets /b, leveraging modern techniques such as large language models (LLMs), statistical modeling, and probabilistic methods.
This includes proficiency in integrating LLMs into research workflows and orchestrating data pipelines.
/li liFormulateb hypotheses, identify intermediate milestones, and meet deadlines /b for long-term ambitious research goals.
/li libOwn the full model lifecycle /b, from data selection and representation to deployment and performance tuning.
/li libDevelop and execute rigorous validation frameworks /b (e.g., backtesting, walk-forward analysis) to ebnsure robustness and statistical reliability.




/b /li libConduct in-depth research /b by formulatingb testable hypotheses and driving progress /b toward long-term RD goals.
/li liBuild and maintainb automated systems to monitor data quality, model health, and detect drift or instability.
/b /li libCollaborate /b with other technical teams to bensure seamless integration between data pipelines and modeling logic.
/b /li libResearch and deliver insights /b related tob risk exposures, portfolio construction, and quantitative analysis /b of the investment process /li liApply "bdivergent thinking /b" to overcome technical bottlenecks and optimize data retrieval and processing workflows.
/li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liDegree in Mathematics, Physics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields.
/li libPython skills /bare required to independently design and implement solutions.
/li libExperience using LLMs t /bo accelerate development is welcome, alongside critical thinking to rigorously test and validate generated code for correctness and robustness.
/li libStrong grasp of programming logic /b and software development principles.
/li libExperience with statistical modeling /babnd techniques /b such as bbagging, random forests, hyperparameter optimization, time series analysis, and signal processing /b.
/li liThe ability tob approach problems /b from different angles and find creative, efficient solutions.
/li libFluent in English /b (both spoken and written).
/li /ul h3bBonus Points /b /h3 ul liProfessional experience or proficiency in Java.
/li liAbility to understand financial data concepts (prices, yields, corporate actions) to ensure technical structures align with financial reality.
/li liExperience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
