To maintain our reputation for excellence and provide exceptional guest experiences, we are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our front office team with professionalism, precision, and passion.
/ppRole Overview: The Reservation Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all reservation activities of Villa Eden, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-end booking experience that reflects the standards of a Leading Luxury Longevity Retreat.At the core, the role is about converting demand into revenue while delivering an exceptional first guest experience already at the booking stage.
/ph3Qualifications /h3ulliExperience: Proven experience at the Reservation Department in a luxury hotel environment is essential.
/liliExperience with Leading Hotels of the World standards is a strong advantage.
/liliLanguages: Fluency in English, Italian, and German is required; additional languages are a plus.

/liliExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
/liliStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
