pAman Rosa Alpina is seeking a Head Sommelier to lead and evolve its renowned wine program.
You will manage wine buying, cellar operations and staff development across all FB outlets and events, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
/ppRole requires WSET 3 (or equivalent), strong Italian/French wine knowledge, and five years in luxury venues.
This is a hands-on leadership position within Aman's celebrated hospitality team.
